I rarely blog about anything (mostly about wrestling if I ever do blog) but seeing the dullness of the day, the phailing of my 360, I am left with nothing to do but blog, as if I had any other choice. Though I titled my post as semi-random, please still be cautious over the top randomness. Read at your own risk.
Pro Wrestling thoughts: With the Royal Rumble just around the corner, I’m pretty ecstatic on how it will turn out. As fans and former fans know, the winner of the Royal Rumble will have a chance at the World/WWE/ECW Championship at Wrestlemania (regardless of brand). My bet for the next Rumble would be The Heartbreak Kid Shawm Michaels. Considering the fact that the last time he won was in 1996, and that his last World Championship was in 2002, I think it’s about time HBK was given another shot at the title (HBK maybe the only veteran left who has never been a member of the SmackDown roster). Oh yeah before I forget, Trish Stratus returned in action for one night only last night on RAW teaming with John Cena in a Tag Match against Santino Marella and Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix. I gotta tell you, she didn’t show any signs of ring rust. She just proves yet again that she is the best of the best. Did I forget to mentioned that she’s married? In her match, Trish didn’t look married at all haha. She’s still hot as ever. Maybe it’s the yoga…
Holiday thoughts: As far as I’m concerned, this Christmas seems very different. I’m not as excited as I used to be. Hell, I’m not excited about my birthday too. When I was younger, I used to go crazy over the holidays. Opening gifts, noche buena and all that were just some of the things na lagi kong hinahanap-hanap. Oddly enough, my christmas (and birthday) spirit doesn’t seem to be alive…Ah well, maybe the spirit will spark sooner or later… While my Dad and I were shopping around for gifts, I found myself in the newly cpened Kidz Station in Power Plant. To my surprise and shock, I found an abundance of Optimus Primes!! It used to be so rare, and I couldn’t even find one before. It was even on sale!! Ohh God I wanted one, but I had to control my 5 year old self, and save it for other kids who wanted it…punk-ass kids…kidding, kidding :))
Gaming thoughts: Another reason of depression could be stemming from my once again dead X360. This is the 3rd time this year. I really should’ve not bought the X360 early on its release. Big, huge mistake on my part. Good thing I finished Gears Of War 2 already before it got broken. Are there any new and good games for the Wii lately? I’m dying to get Resident Evil 5 but that’s next year. If anyone knows any good games for the Wii, do inform me please. 😀 Oh for those Pokemon fans (if there still are), a solid US release date has been announced for Pokemon Platinum and it will be out on March 22. Ohh I recently got Wi-fi up and running, so if there is anyone out there who wants to play a good game of Super Smash Bros. Brawl or Guitar Hero III on the Wii over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, buzz me on YM or pm me so we can have an exchange of friend codes. I’m still trying to figure out how to get XBOX Live running…
What else is there to say, I think I’ve pretty much said everything…umm wait lemme think…just a sec…err uhh umm…cancer yeah umm…what else…
