You came to me and watched me fly
You were so proud, I saw you smile
Then you ran and we embraced
I took you with me to a quiet place
We were flying and soaring through
I felt your love, so amazingly true
You hanged on so firm and tight
Our lips collide, as we took flight
The stars looked on in awe
These clouds we conquered and saw
You held my hand for one more time
So I hoped, this would last for awhile
In my arms, you took a slumber
Seeing your face, it is a wonder
I kissed you gently and so I whispered
I love you my angel, you have my word
Then as you opened your eyes
We landed so softly on time
So we embraced like never before
Now you bid me three words I adore
